A major German auto parts manufacturer has requested a resolution of the dispute. The client had an agreement for the provision of warehousing and logistics services, under which the Contractor repeatedly failed to perform his duties. The client planned to terminate such an agreement as soon as possible and replace the unscrupulous Contractor, and therefore sent an appropriate notice of termination of the Agreement due to the Contractor's fault. However, the Contractor did not agree with such actions by the Client and threatened him with multimillion dollar counterclaims. BBNP lawyers comprehensively studied the current situation and held a number of negotiations with representatives of the Contractor.

As a result of the negotiations, it was decided to go to court to declare the Agreement terminated from the moment such notice was sent. Correspondence with the Contractor was analyzed and submitted, confirming his repeated violation of his obligations. In turn, the Contractor filed a multimillion-dollar counterclaim for damages in connection with the termination of the Agreement.

As a result of the well-coordinated and well-organized work of the lawyers, the court sided with the Client, and the unscrupulous Contractor was put at an extremely disadvantageous situation, and therefore came up with a proposal for a peaceful settlement of the dispute. Thus, it was possible to settle the dispute in a short time on favorable terms for the Client.
