The BBNP team supported a comprehensive project to build a gas pipeline in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The lawyers were faced with the ambitious task of registering almost 1,000 employees in offices in Moscow and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug to lay a pipeline 90 km away, worth a total of 40 billion rubles, as well as legal support throughout the entire business process. Lawyers have prepared numerous employment documents, including local regulations, employment contracts, acts and statements. Wages, bonuses and allowances were regularly processed, the relevant taxes were calculated and paid, and documents related to bringing unscrupulous employees to justice were prepared. In addition, the project process was accompanied by labor disputes that required prompt pre-trial settlement. As a result of the work done, the Client, together with the BBNP team, was able to employ foreign employees from Turkey and the CIS countries. As a result, correct salary calculations were applied, the necessary compensations and salary supplements for employees in the North were used, and disputes with supervisory authorities were avoided. Also, during the project, there were no legal disputes with employees, and all disagreements were resolved peacefully.
