Work experience as an employment law (labor disputes) lawyer, preferably in a law firm;
Professional experience in court;
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, the law on LLCs and joint-stock companies;
A diploma with honors or a high GPA at a university;
Stress resistance, non-conflict, creativity.
