Responsibilities

Representation in SOY and AC courts in labor disputes in the Russian Federation;

Administration and recording of ongoing trials;

Dealing with employee claims and problem employees;

Drafting documents on disciplinary sanctions;

Written and oral consultations;

Participation in the development of local regulations;

Analysis and preparation of contracts.

Requirements

Work experience as an employment law (labor disputes) lawyer, preferably in a law firm;

Professional experience in court;

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, the law on LLCs and joint-stock companies;

A diploma with honors or a high GPA at a university;

Stress resistance, non-conflict, creativity.
