Kirill has been advising on corporate law for over 12 years on establishing companies and joint ventures, as well as liquidation and bankruptcy. Kirill has extensive experience in issues that arise in the course of the current business activities: contract negotiation, customs registration, leases, tax and labor disputes.
Independently and as a team, he implemented more than 50 corporate projects, including buying and selling businesses and real estate, resolving issues in the field of infrastructure for manufacturing enterprises, and supporting the hiring and firing of top managers.
Prior to joining BBNP, Kirill worked as a corporate lawyer for a number of large Russian companies.
