Alexey advises in the field of intellectual property and provides the following services: registration and international registration of trademarks, computer programs and databases, registration of patents, challenging decisions of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) to issue/refuse to issue certificates and patents, drafting and registering agreements for the alienation and disposal of industrial property, preparing and registering license agreements, representing clients' interests in the Chamber for Patent Disputes and the Patent Court of the Russian Federation.
Prior to joining BBNP, Alexey worked as chief legal officer in the IT department of RENOVA Group for two years. Later, he worked as a lawyer for an IT company in Singapore for more than two years.

Registration of franchising (commercial concession) agreements, including multilateral ones, with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property;

Filing objections to the provision of legal protection to utility model patents;

Participation in challenging patents in the Chamber for Patent Disputes;

Drafting reasoned objections to the refusal to register trademarks on the basis of confusingly resemblance to a trademark with an earlier priority;

Registration of combined trademarks with unprotected elements;

Making changes to trademark applications and trademark certificates;

Registration of computer programs in the relevant state register;

Entering trademarks into the Customs Register.

Education

Alexey graduated from Moscow State University, Faculty of Law. Specialist degree;

Alexey graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute of Linguistics, where he qualified as a translator in the field of professional communications;

Patent Attorney Certificate No. 1808.
